Who am I?

Hi, I’m Con. nice to meet you, so to speak. Writing a little bit about yourself is always a challenge, the private jokes, towing the line between modest and boring as well as the constant challenge of avoiding the label of a self righteous twat. Let’s be honest, your probably  thinking this right now.

Back to where I began. Hi, I’m Con. I filled my life with academic pursuits doing a BA in History, which in reality only honed my ability for BS in examinations conditions, before finishing my scholarly life (at least for now) with a MSc in advertising. hopefully one day I’ll manage to scribble and scrawl my way through a career.

At the ripe old age of 24, I elected the avenue of procrastination of a big boy job, just for a year or two, and up left with my soft souled girlfriend, Jill to teach English to some poor unfortunate students.

We traversed the globe bound for Hunan, China, a lush colourful province, with a cuisine seemingly composed exclusively of spice and rice. I jest, despite sometimes being a tad bit monotonous, it’s perhaps the best food I’ve tried yet.

I’m running away with my own bio. I elected to avoid the rat race to follow some passions that fell by the wayside, during a hectic academic life, namely travel, photography and writing (hence the hastily scrawled blog.)
